By accessing or using Selenial (the website, mobile apps, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Selenial lets you create a public, customizable profile page (including a bento-style layout) to share links, social profiles, media, maps, and other content. Some features require an account. Premium features may require a paid subscription.
Public profiles may be viewable by anyone with the link and may appear in Selenial surfaces such as featured sections or marketing pages, subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Selenial. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Selenial with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You may create an account with email and password or through supported identity providers (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish on Selenial, including profile information, links, captions, media, map pins, and avatars. Selenial does not claim ownership of images or other media you upload.
By uploading or publishing content, you grant Selenial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. In particular, by uploading an avatar (or similar profile image) to our servers, you authorize Selenial to display that avatar in connection with your public profile and on Selenial pages and surfaces outside your profile — including featured profiles, the featured section on the homepage, and similar discovery or marketing placements — without requiring additional explicit permission for each placement.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate the law.
Selenial may remove, restrict, or refuse any content (including avatars) that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or our operational needs, with or without notice.

Certain features (for example verified status, featured placement, analytics, animated avatars, or premium media) may require a paid Premium subscription.
Subscriptions and payments are currently processed on the web via Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals (monthly or annual), and taxes are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from Selenial billing settings, subject to Stripe’s and our applicable policies.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. Features may change; we will try to communicate material changes reasonably in advance when practical.
The Service may integrate or link to third parties (for example Google sign-in, Stripe, map providers, Spotify or other link previews). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Selenial is not responsible for third-party content or services.
Selenial’s branding, software, design, and materials we provide remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not use our trademarks or copy our product without permission, except as allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users.
You may stop using Selenial at any time. To request deletion of your account, email svnrnns@gmail.com. In-app account deletion is not available yet and is planned for a future release. Until then, email is the way to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selenial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
